Our Story

Built to close the gap attackers exploit

EonCyber was founded in 2024 by security practitioners who saw growing organizations left exposed: too small to run their own 24/7 security team, yet facing the same ransomware, phishing and cloud threats as large enterprises.

We set out to combine expert analysts with modern tooling so that any organization can have enterprise-grade monitoring, response and visibility, without building it from scratch.

Today EonCyber protects 15+ clients across financial services, healthcare, retail and manufacturing, and delivers dedicated solutions for phishing simulation, attack surface management and human risk management to tackle the external attack surface and the human factor directly.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What does EonCyber do?

EonCyber is a cybersecurity company founded in 2024. It provides 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) and Network Operations Center (NOC) monitoring, managed security (Endpoint Central, patch management and cloud security), vulnerability assessment, incident response and digital forensics, and cyber awareness training, plus four security solutions: Phishing Simulation, Attack Surface Management, Human Risk Management and Helpdesk & Ticketing.

Does EonCyber provide 24/7 security monitoring?

Yes. EonCyber's Security Operations Center monitors client networks, servers, endpoints and cloud logs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, triaging alerts in real time and escalating confirmed threats for containment.

Does EonCyber offer NOC services?

Yes. EonCyber's Network Operations Center (NOC) monitors routers, switches, firewalls, servers, Wi-Fi and WAN links 24/7, tracks uptime, latency and bandwidth, and resolves outages and performance issues, including automatic WAN failover. Combined with the SOC, it covers both network performance and security.

What is EonCyber Attack Surface Management?

EonCyber Attack Surface Management (ASM) continuously discovers an organization's internet-facing assets, such as domains, subdomains, IP addresses, open ports, cloud services and SSL certificates, and flags exposures like misconfigurations, exposed admin panels and leaked credentials, ranked by risk.

How does EonCyber Phishing Simulation work?

EonCyber Phishing Simulation sends realistic simulated phishing emails to employees, tracks who opens, clicks or reports them, and delivers instant micro-training to anyone who clicks. Dashboards show click and report rates by department so organizations can measure risk reduction over time.

What is Human Risk Management?

Human Risk Management measures and reduces the security risk created by people. EonCyber combines phishing simulation results, training progress and security behaviour into a live risk score for every employee and department, then delivers targeted coaching and nudges where risk is highest.

How does EonCyber track incidents?

Every incident is tracked in EonCyber Helpdesk & Ticketing. Security alerts from the SOC and network issues from the NOC automatically become tickets alongside user requests, and each one is prioritized, assigned, escalated and timed against its SLA until it is resolved, with a full audit trail.

Which industries does EonCyber work with?

EonCyber works with organizations across financial services, healthcare, retail and e-commerce, and manufacturing, and currently protects more than 15 clients.

Can EonCyber help with compliance?

Yes. EonCyber's continuous monitoring, logging, assessments and awareness training help organizations meet security requirements in frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS and HIPAA.
